Topher Wurts is a lifelong entrepreneur renowned for his expertise in integrating technology, marketing, and sales. With a career spanning multiple startups, turnarounds, and Fortune 1000 companies, he has been a catalyst for change and innovation. As a Partner and CMO at Chief Outsiders, Topher assists B2B and B2C organizations in developing go-to-market strategies that drive rapid growth and revenue gains.
Beyond his corporate endeavors, Topher is deeply committed to social causes. Inspired by his son's autism diagnosis, he founded Autism Village, a nonprofit organization that leverages technology to support the autism community by providing practical tools and resources for families and individuals affected by autism.

Eric Lint is an accomplished transactor, investor, and advisor with extensive experience in leadership development and management training. As the founder of Farm Creek Advisors, he has a proven track record in guiding organizations toward strategic growth and operational excellence.

Eric's passion for leadership development is further exemplified through his experiential trainings, where he focuses on cultivating future leaders and enhancing management teams. He holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA in Economics from Gettysburg College, where he serves as a Trustee Emeritus.
